Along with our steam pressure cleaning, we have some special applications for the equipment we have. Our clients come to us with their cleaning problems and we always endeavour to come up with a solution for them. Here are some of the applications we have been working on recently.
Struvite Encrustation Removal
Struvite is a real problem when it comes to sewerage treatment works. It furs up pipes much like limescale in a domestic environment only struvite is much harder. This means that heating the sludge inside the pipe becomes more expensive as it takes more power, and more time to reach the desired temperature. We have recently developed a new piece of equipment that will quite simply blast off the struvite from the pipe surface using a specially designed rotating nozzle combined with high pressure steam.

Artificial Sports Surface Cleaning
We have recently been contracted to steam clean an artificial running track. The use of chemicals on these surfaces is not a good idea, so we ustilise our high pressure steam equipment to remove the ravages of leaves and other debris that clog up the pores of the track and make it look dull and slippery.

Garage Forecourts
Oil spots can leave a high-tech garage forecourt looking old and scruffy. Block paving is expensive to replace and will put a garage out of action for relatively long time. We have successfully steam cleaned the surface of garage forecourts quickly, effieciently and at a time where it would have minimum disruption to the business. This left the pump area very clean and tidy, making it attractive to customers and improving the overall look and perception of the filling station.

Oil Spills
Oil spills from burst hydraulic pipes on a delivery lorry to tank leaks are very damaging to most surfaces. We are on call to clean up these spills quickly and effectively at all times. Oil spillages like these need attention immediately and we have the know-how and equipment to deal with them.
